Financial Management Text for Comm College

I am looking for suggestions for a Financial Management text that would be suitable for community college level students, typically second year students who took micro and macro as freshman.

The current text is Analysis for Financial Management by Higgins, but it seems too advanced, and actually seems positioned as an into to finance for MBA students.
