Screening and moderation have their costs - time of the moderator, delay in
postings if the moderator is busy, etc etc.
Possibly the other lists to which you subscribe don't generate as much newbe
interest - newbe's have to learn. Help educate them. Do a simple reply to
them about what they screwed up.
Takes me less than .01 seconds to delete apparent problem messages.
Do a bit of education, have a bit of patience.
